Dr. Ginny Thompson, DPT, FMP Founder/Owner of DGT Vitality & DGT Joint Academy. I am a Physical Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2008 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have since gone on to complete training in Functional Medicine though the FMFT Academy. I became interested in Functional Medicine when I discovered there was a way to help people improve their health long term by finding the root cause and not just covering up their symptoms. When I'm not working with patients, you can find me hiking with my husband and dog, camping, paddle boarding or snow boarding.
